The sound of the violin bridges their hearts and serves as their way of expressing emotions. Lin Shenhai’s father, Lin Shouye (played by Shi Dasheng), becomes concerned about his son’s interaction with the “bad boy” Liu Hao, and repeatedly tries to separate them.
